Raško Radovanović leads CMS Belgrade’s competition law practice. He has advised some of the most important market players in different industries (automotive, FMCG, telecom, food and agriculture, energy, pharmaceuticals, etc.) on antitrust-related aspects of their everyday business operations and has coordinated high profile multi-jurisdictional merger filings. Raško also represents clients in the investigation proceedings of the Serbian competition authority and has extensive experience in dawn raids and individual exemption procedures.
Raško Radovanović also advises German-speaking clients on competition, commercial and corporate aspects needed for their everyday business operations in Serbia.
Raško is a passionate competition law practitioner who has won the 2017 and the 2018 Client Choice Award in the field of competition. He has devoted much of his time to scientific research and further education and is an author of several articles in this area. He supported the development of the first Serbian university textbook on competition law. Raško is currently a Ph.D. candidate in competition law at the University of Vienna.
