Lihie Iuclea is the head of International Business Development at DHV MED and heads the Wastewater and Contaminant Soil department.
Lihie has a M.A. in Marine Resources Management and a B.Sc. in Environmental Engineering from the Faculty of Civil & Environmental Engineering at the Israeli institute of technology (Technion).
Lihie is an Environmental expert and Project manager of Various Environmental related Projects. Experienced in characterizing and defining a strategy for advanced water, wastewater and marine pollution regulation and their implementation in practice, evaluation of engineered solutions to environmental issues, environmental impact assessments, environmental monitoring. Lihie is managing several consultant projects for the ministry of environmental including; Management of the integrative regulation of the large industrial plants in order to adapt their activities to the best available technique (BAT), the strategy and regulation characterization of the Industrial Wastewater Discipline and guidelines for its implementation, characterization and establishment of PRTR (Pollution Release Transfer Register), And several consultant projects for the UNEP includes supporting Israel and the Balkan countries with reporting the implementation and achievements required by the Barcelona Convention (such as NBB update, the Hot Spot Criteria update and the NAP update).
