Dragana D. Chifliganec is a Doctor of Juridical Science specializing in Sales and Marketing and an Executive Director of real estate development company Adora Engineering. She is a leader in the implementation of international standards and innovations for creating a new concept of housing in Macedonia.

Diligence, dedication, persistence in her work and a constant focus on innovation are the key attributes that portray Dragana D. Chifliganec. Born in 1984 in Radovish, Macedonia, with a degree in marketing from the renowned Sheffield International University in Thessaloniki, Greece, as a scholarship student, Dragana joins the Adora Engineering team in 2006, where she climbs every step up the ladder. While performing her function of Executive Director, she obtained a Doctorate in the field of Enterprise Management, at the Faculty of Law “Justinian I” at the University of “Saints Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje.

Dragana has been working tirelessly for 13 years to introduce the latest technologies and trends in creating higher quality, safer, more economical, healthier, eco-housing in Macedonia, following the examples of the developed world. Long before there was legislation, Dragana was the head of a team that took bold, pioneering steps and built the first energy efficient homes in Macedonia, which received the first Class-A Certificate. Dragana is always looking for new, better and more sophisticated solutions, with numerous benefits for clients and the wider community. The first photovoltaic systems were installed in Adora Engineering’s residential-business buildings at the initiative of Dragana Chifliganec, sound insulation was improved far beyond Macedonian standards, homes received energy and acoustic comfort certificates as a guarantee of eco and sound protection with 10 national recognitions for green home introduction and environmental protection. Dragana pays great attention to customer care and is very active in socially beneficial projects to create a better quality of life for all, in order to build a more humane, better, more equitable and happier world together.

A confirmation of her successful mission are 40 elite residential and business buildings, with 3,000 eco homes inhabited by over 12,000 citizens, as well as her valuable work for the community, for which Adora Engineering has received 7 international awards and over 40 national accolades. Among other awards, Dragana D. Chifliganec has won the “Manager of the Year”, “Lady in Real Estate Development” and “40 Under 40” awards. She has her family, a husband and two children, and is a strong lobbyist for women’s rights and women’s leadership.
