His present position is CEO of LON Bank in Kranj, Slovenia. Prior to that, he was dean for one mandate at a private college for business education, where he is elected full professor. He has been combining managerial and academic teaching careers for the last 25 years. He managed several research and development projects. He also served on many boards and professional bodies and was deputy director of the Agency for entrepreneurship promotion in the period of 2001-2006 when Slovenia became full EU member.
Born in 1965, having an engineering background, he mastered from entrepreneurship and holds Ph.D., all from University of Ljubljana. He spent one year at Stirling University, UK. Family business, entrepreneurship, and SME support policy are most frequent topics in his numerous writings in professional and scientific media. He has a 15 years’ record of cooperation with Macedonia in provision of consulting services to the government and private sector and academic cooperation.
